We work with a wide range of metal (strength, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, etc.): gray iron, ductile iron (nodular iron), carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel.
b. Design Collaboration & Optimization
Before production, our engineering team provides DFC (Design for Casting) support to refine your design: optimize part structure to avoid casting defects (e.g., shrinkage, porosity, misrun).
c. Sand Casting Process Control
Sand preparation → Pattern making → Pouring & solidification → Post-casting treatment
We use advanced CNC equipment to achieve the tight tolerances, smooth surfaces, and functional features (e.g., holes, threads, grooves) that sand casting alone cannot deliver.
Our CNC Machining Capabilities:
Equipment: 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines; CNC lathes ; CNC machining centers.
Tolerance range: As tight as ±0.05mm, meeting industry standards.
Surface finish: Achieve Ra 0.8μm–Ra 6.3μm.
Post-machining treatments: Deburring, chamfering, coating (painting, powder coating, anodizing, plating) to enhance durability and aesthetics.
